We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand and Australia.
 
Shipping Rates
 
All shipping costs are calculated as flat rates, regardless of order size or weight:
 
New Zealand
 
- Standard urban delivery: NZ$10.00 per order

- Rural delivery: NZ$14.00 per order
A rural delivery surcharge applies to addresses classified as rural by New Zealand Post. You can check if your address is considered rural on the New Zealand Post website.
 
Australia
 
- Standard delivery: NZ$24.00 per order (flat rate for all locations)
 
Processing Time
 
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
 
Delivery Timeframes
 
Please note these are estimated times and may vary due to courier delays or public holidays:
 
- New Zealand: 2–5 business days after dispatch

- Australia: 5–10 business days after dispatch
 
Tracking
 
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey.
