Returns Eligibility
 
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not entirely satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
 
- Items are unused, unopened, and in their original, sealed packaging.
- Items are not personalised or custom-made to your specific requirements.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt) is provided.
 
Non-Returnable Items
 
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
 
- Perfume or fragrance products once opened or the seal has been broken.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
 
Refund Process
 
If your return meets the above criteria:
 
1. Please contact us first at prettyphatcreations@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days and provide return instructions.
2. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent, faulty or damaged product).
3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow extra time for your bank or payment provider to process the funds.
 
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
 
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged during transit, or incorrect:
 
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and cover all associated shipping costs.
 
Exchanges
 
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or variant, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you want.
